I like to learn new things everyday (call me a nerd if you want, that is if you are the kind to stereotype), having "me" time once in a while, books, music, chess, and some organized sports on occasion. At any given time in the day you can find me with my headphones on listening to music probaly reading a book. I value my close friends and my family.
I'd like to meet:
Non-shallow, intelligent, talented people who take the time to say hi once in a great while. Wild and crazy in private while maintaining a sophistication in public.
Music:
Music is a direct expression of who I am and what I am feeling. Without music the world would be a even more depressing place than it already is.
Movies:
Classics like Edward Scissorhands and Labrynth. Movies that can scare the living hell out of me are cool too. I also like movies that get me thinking and guessing until the end like Saw and The Ring.
Television:
I don't have cable so I watch alot of CSI and The Simpsons.
Books:
Drawing Blood by Poppy Z. Bryte and Life Expectancy by Dean Koontz
Heroes:
I have two heroes....my mom and Susan B. Anthony for having the nerve to stand up to egotistical men and starting the great fight for women's rights.
