The Band is composed of two young boys from New York City looking to share there new style and flavor of music to both the American and Latin world, which brings the name Nuevo Amanecer or New Day. The duo was born in 2001 when Franklin and Marvin were just 14 years old.
In this same year Franklin started teaching him self to play the piano and Marvin the guitar. Now at 19 the duo find them self's writing and composing there own music and are striving to bring there skills to the place where they know it belongs, the top. Both Marvin and Franklin are from Dominican decent. Marvin was born on 5/19/87 in the lower east side of Manhattan and Franklin on 7/14/1987 La Romana Dominican Rep. Franklin graduated from Edward E. Grady High School and is now a sound and video editing major while Marvin a Aviation High School graduate is studying one of many passions technology.
