I've been in DC for a few years and I love my neighborhood. I go out to shows and have an occasional drink or 6. I usually travel by bike around the city and wear a dorky helmet to prevent my skull from meeting the asphalt at a high speed (again). I'm at a computer all day at work and I look at nature photos. If you want a photo of a lemur- I'm your gal. I'm a "photo editor," but I'm more of a lifeless photo zombie. If you know me, you'll figure out what I like. You can usually find me at my local bars (DC9, Bohemian Cavern, Blackcat...). I'm pretty lazy when it comes to going out anywhere that is not biking or stumbling distance. I ordered a 36 pack of Chapstick, I think that proves my addiction. My Interests

I'd like to meet:

people who can talk and listen. they have to have a backbone, personality, and cannot annoy the hell out of me.

Music:

rockish stuff. I'll let you figure it out when I say-'hmmm, i like this song we're listening to." I don't want some loser judging me and deciding whether or not I'm worthy enough according to my musical tastes. I don't really care what you listen to or how cool you think it makes you. You're not that emo, indie, punk, eclectic, etc. Your band probably sucks.

Television:

Not much because I can't schedule my life around a television schedule.
