I don't know who took this picture of Myles Kennedy, but I absolutely love it!
A sketch quote attempting to delineate the voice of Myles Kennedy.
"On me your voice falls as they say love should, like an enormous YES!"
"MARS HOTEL" by the Mayfield Four...I saw her in an empty bar
The smell of wine and cheap cigars
Trigger visions of her face
To this day
We tried to dance for years to come
But two can't lead and waltz as one,
We loved and learned,
And learned to love,
But it was not enoughFoolish pride got in our way(Chorus)
She could take my heart and soul
She could take my hand to hold
Why'd she have to take advantage of me
I tried to pay for all the things
She could want or ever need
Don't make me pay for all the past, pleaseSo now we're living far apart
I hope to god our paths don't cross
This may seem shallow,
But her beauty makes me weak
I long to hold her once again and
Reconcile and then give in
To realize, later on
We'd made the same mistakeHold on to the lesson you learnedShe could take my heart and soul
she could take my hand to hold
Why'd she have to take advantage of me
I tried to pay for all the things
She could want or ever need
Don't make me pay for all the past
So much to tow, bogged down
With all the history to hold
The blame fell hard on me
Apologies were too short-lived
She never really could forgive mistakesShe could take my heart and soul
she could take my hand to hold
Why'd she have to take advantage of me
I tried to pay for all the things
She could want or ever need
Don't make me pay for all the past, noShe took my heart
she took my soul
she took my fragile hand to hold
she took advantage all the time
I'll take her back
Cause her love makes me blind
I *heart* Alter Bridge!

I'm a recovering reality tv whore. VH1's Breaking Bonaduce helped me fall off the wagon...now onto Bravo's second season of Project Runway. Firefly, Simpsons, Reno 911 (sometimes funny) and the Daily Show. Kid favorites: the Smurfs, the Thundercats, Fat Albert, the Jeffersons, Good Times, Magnum PI, the Hulk, Wonder Woman, Quincy M.D., the Flintstones, the Pink Panther, the Justice League, Hannah Barbara Toons, Perfect Strangers, Designing Women, the Golden Girls, He-Man and She-ra, X-men, Batman, Saved by the Bell, Head of the Class and Night Court. hmm...still thinking...
Jeffery Deaver, old Patricia Cornwell, Literary Classics, I'm just beginning to venture into the world of fantasy...this started with the Zahn Star Wars Illustrated Trilogy...now, I'm reading The Dragon Lance Chronicle Vol. 1. Yep, still striving to earn my GEEK badge!
My heroes have always been cowboys. Not really, although I do have to admit that I liked the Lone Ranger once upon a time...I had R2D2 and Spider-man under roos as a child, so I'm sure that says something doesn't it? I also loved Snoopy and Miss Piggy.Heroic comic types: The TICK - I adore his naivety and his mixed metaphors. Wolverine - Particularly, the Hugh Jackman version. YUMMY! Batman - Dark dork, but I like his toys and you know all chicks dig that car. Spidey - Smartass and looks good in tights, what's not to love? Just pretending to have a geek side here...I know I will forever remain a lowly dork and will never qualify for full-fledged geek status.Real life: I don't have one. I do have a mentor type fellow though, his name is Dr. Doom. Pretty cool, huh?
