Initially the fusion of Melee and Kares, seemed like a fun venture of kindred spirits. Both Melee and Kares are equally vivacious and rhythmic talents who infected crowds with the contagious sounds they released when attacking the turntables solo. After budding a friendship which both supported ideas and fueled each others musical motives, A powerful duo was readily in the beginning stages. Soon Melee and Kares along with three other promient Breaks DJ's founded TENSION Boston's Number One Breaks weekly, which hosts much sought after Legends and many head turning Talents all inside one of Boston's most prominent establishments. Once immersed in the delight of having a home for their audio frequency love... they began to continue that happiness. From the first time sharing space behind the decks to long hours brainstorming and creating their own tracks, the enthusiastic duo of Melee and Kares was to be noticed.
