I'd Like to give a special Thank You to ma Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ because when no one believed in my potential and I prayied for clairity you always told me to just hold on and be strong in this male dominated industry. But, I can't be moved! Mom... I love you with all my heart. I can always count on you when the rest of the world is against me. Pops! What can I say... Haven't had the honor of knowing you long but I thank you for not being there though it all because that too plays a large role in who I am today. But it takes a man to admitt his faults and for that I commend you. No hard feelings. To the rest of my family & friends thanks for all the love and support... Influences: I've been inspired by a long list of people for various reasons, but I'm especially influanced by every female artist wether it be I like the way they sound and their swag or be it that I want to do nuthing that they do, it all has had it's influance and made me the artist you see before you today. So thanks to M.C. Lyte, Queen Latifah, Salt and Peppa, Mony, Da Brat, Lil Kim, Foxy, Lauren Hill, Erika Badu, Eve, Shawana, Jackie-O, Trina, Beyonce, Ciara, & the one and only B-Roca...Brandy!
Sounds Like: Although no artist likes to hear that he or she sounds like anyone else in the game...I've been told I sound like a cross between M.C. Lyte, Da Brat, and Foxy Brown. To each its own... But personally I feel like I have a unique sound that only cant be duplicated.
