About Me

In 2005, TINP started out playing a screamo and Post hardcore style of music. Originally formed by guitarist Carlo Dela Cruz along with vocalist Denjo Macavinta, they added Paul Layacan to be the second guitarist to add more heaviness and to bring more variations as far as guitar work is concerned.Paul abruptly left the group in late 2005, leaving the band with uncertain future. With one member departing since its inception 6 months prior, TINP continued on, enlisting Paolo De Belen as their new lead guitarist. In 2006, the band released their six-song “Ynah’s Dilemma” CD. With the songs “Through scars” and “How long will I embrace sorrow”. The record became the band’s ticket to the Rock Fusion tour. TINP supported the record through their first stint on the said tour. Joining acts such as Queso, Greyhoundz, Saydie and Typecast, the group continued to contribute to the new wave of post-hardcore and screamo acts.Following up their first CD, the new lineup locked themselves up in the studio to record “Clocks and time pieces” in 2007. The tracks in the new record are more energetic and really showed the band’s substantial growth and maturity. The song “Your name here” truly displays the band’s devotion to their Christian belief. The new songs quickly spread through the ears of listeners which gave TINP a chance to be a part of Moonfire Productions. With them being a part of it, the boys started playing with other moonfire bands such as April Morning Skies, Kneel on Nails and Imbuenokudos.
