Independent music mostly of the punk rock variety, jogging and bike riding to stay healthy, kill time and stress. Guitar. Vegan foods, Boston is great for that.
The Ramones if Dee Dee, Joey and Johnny weren't dead. Also, Pearl Jam. Other than that, I don't do idolotry.

the Daily Show, Kids in the Hall, Family Guy, The State, South Park, Mr. Show.
Just about anything by Vonnegut. Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451 is pretty awesome, as are Orwell's Animal Farm and 1984. Most HST is pretty good. I also like reading Cometbus, his minibooks were great reads, as are most of his zines. I have a bunch of old guitar magazines and a 1997 mail order catalog from Lookout Records that are fun to read whenever I dig them up. On a less light side, I'm also reading a bunch of marketing, finance, etc., so I have something to say during classes and interviews.
Independent vinyl and coffee shops, the ocean, Robin Hood
