Announced by all the trumpets of the sky, arrives the snow. Winter opened its vaults last night, flinging fistfuls of crystallinediamonds into the darkening sky.Like white-tulled ballerinasdancing gracefully on heaven's stage, silent stars stood entrancedby their intricate beauty.Motionless,I watched each lacy gemdrift softly by my upturned face,as winter's icy hands guided them gentlyon their swirling lazy way,and blanketed the waiting earthin cold splendor. The shivering rustling of reeds, the restless fingers of the trees snapping in the frosty air, broke the silent stillness,as winter quietly pulled up its white coverletover the sleepy earth."I've travelled through the land of surrender and seen it all. I throw my heart out and keep my head up, and now I travel through the land of peace.I prefer winter and fall, when you feel the bone structure in the landscape - the loneliness of it - the dead feeling of winter. Something waits beneath it - the whole story doesn't show. - Andrew Wyeth*antique jewlery* art* belly dancing*black Bmw's* bubble baths* calligraphy*candles* cats* coffee*collecting old books* conspiracy theories* dancing* dark chocolate* egyptology* going to clubs*going to the shooting range* the feel of a 9mm in my grip* having fun* laughing* literature* mysticism* mythology* old movies* red nails* red wine* tattoos*velvet*photography*music* T.A. I like ALL types of music( except country and rap and hip hop) so I probably won't be able to list each one seperately. I listen mostly to industrial, synthpop,80's,ethereal,electronica, with some classical mixed in, tossed with a little middle eastern for flavor. I am married to a musician so there is probably nothing I haven't listened to. I guess you can say I am a little open minded musically but with some exceptions to the rule.
Spy thrillers, comedies, conspiracy thrillers, sci-fi, classic movies, My husband is also the world's biggest movie critic so I have seen lots and lots of movies. I don't remember all the titles but whatever he likes is good enough for me,since I get fidgity if I watch too much T.V. and have to leave the room to do something else anyways.
I don't watch alot of regular T.V. Just not into the crap that's on now a days. I don't listen to main stream radio either. Sounds boring huh. Believe me it's really not that bad.
Too many to list. Basically whatever I can get my hands on. I am a book collector so I have many different types of books.
I have no heros anymore. I don't deserve them!!!!!!!!
