Three years ago, I would have never even thought about doing this Rap thing seriously, but I am. I used to be a Joke Rapper, with 40 track albums that sucked. We called ourselves That Guy and John Boi. We had fun, even proclaimed ourselves as the worst Rappers, because we just had fun with it. Rapped about Masturbation, Long John Silvers, and about how a friends of ours got Hot Sauce on his dick. Then one day That Guy just up and quit. On the last album we did there was one song on it that meant a lot to me, and actually had a meaning behind it, with all jokes aside. That's when I started taking it serious, but yet wasn't.
Then I finished up my first Solo Album entitled "Word to your Mother" and it sucked, I was still joking around a lot, cutting these freestyles that just sucked. I then decided, after recording two songs for my next album "You're a Homo" that I was going to take this seriously. Thus producing an album that meant alot to myself, I went into a state of creative block. It's been damn near 5 months, and I just wrote my newest verse, and will hopefully be getting back in the groove.
In November of 2005 a long relationship came to an end, thus another reason why I took sometime off. Around that time I was contemplating a name change and narrowed it down to two names: Evil Truth, or The Omen. I stuck with Evil Truth, because what I spit is evil, and some of it is the truth. Expect some new songs as soon as I get some written, and find my mic so I can record.
