Floodgate is a quartet consisting of four regular cool fellas that just so happen to love playing rockin' jammin' prancin' get outta your seat and start dancin' rock music. After some evolution since forming in 2005, Floodgate finds itself with a tight crew of fantastic musicians playing a diverse array of catchy rock cover tunes that audiences of all ages are sure to recognize and enjoy. Together, these four combine to form a dynamic, exciting musical cocktail. Come on out and check out a show and you'll see that these guys LOVE to rock your socks off! Darrell (guitar, backing vocals), a native Texan, cranks out awesome guitar licks and face-melting solos.
Pete (bass, backing vocals) hails from the headwaters of Rock n Roll itself - good 'ole Detroit, MI aka Rock City. Pete lays down an awesome low low tempo and you will not believe the craziness that Pete can create on his bass guitar. John (drums, backing vocals), a Portland native, is such a naturally talented and gifted drummer, it's just madness. John can lay down a simple beat to tantalize the taste buds yet unleash drum riffs like you've never seen before.
Truett (vocals, harmonica, rhythm guitar, cowbell) grew up a Kansas farmer/rancher and now cultivates a bountiful crop of powerful rock vocals.
