William Zoot Esq. is one third of UK hip-hop outfit Random Acts, and an integral part of the MANCAN collective - including artists such as DJ IQ and Kaspa, as well as Twink and Apocalypse from Random Acts. In his time as a musician Bill has worked with - among others - Jehst (Elevate - DJ IQ Brainfood LP), Asaviour (Play 2 Win Mixtape), Konny Kon (Play 2 Win Mixtape) and Verb T (DJ IQ Official 3), and has performed alongside many famous names such as DJ Premier, The Beatnuts, Skinnyman, Rodney P, Jehst, Yungun, Foreign Beggars and Mr Thing. Currently based in his studio in Manchester he is working in conjunction with a number of artists - including Solace, Daysis, Herrotics and Natural Curriculum - towards a compilation aimed at showcasing the finest of Manchester's indepdent hip-hop scene.
