Coming from all walks of life Deadbolt Thra$herz is a veritable mish-mash of acoustical-electronic-death-metal-tacular destruction. Forget about the earplugs, just grab your ankles. Formed in the early 80s, DT boasts international members. Dr. Junk, on axe and lead vocals, is from...well, no one really knows but he's the only one in DT that can sing. Jimmy Layt3x is somewhere from the internet. Niles Fijord hails from the glacial palace of Castle Anthrax in Norway. Gunvald Broman is from the Roadhouse in Oxnard, California, and mourns the day it was torn down. Last but not leastly, Pablo VanPedro, a German ex-patriate looking to return the 'Father-land' to it's former glory, makes sure the band gets paid.
All these factors contribute to a sound that is devasting and 100% unmerciful. Axemans Broman and Junk shred so hard that expectant seal mothers, upon hearing the sound of dual shreddage, have instant miscarriages. Their combined dual solos have kept the seal population from getting vastly out of control.
Jimmy Layt3x has more than 69 Million sounds at his disposal and is the production genius behind all of DT's hit albums and responsible for about 85% of all our "sexual misconduct with a minor" arrests. His recording studio, The Layt3x Lair, is a state of the art facility exclusively constructed and tailored to DT's uncompromising sound.
