The classes available are......Little Ninjas: Age 5-7yrs Fun introduction to martial arts. Games, activities and drills aimed at raising confidence, concentration and discipline, stranger danger and safety advice.......BEGINNERS KICKBOXING (ADULTS)- No experience necessary. Open to men and women of all abilities. Learn the sport safely through a graded syllabus. Effective form of self defence, great for getting into shape and stress relief......BEGINNERS KICKBOXING (8-13 yrs)- Gets young people fit, develops their confidence and raises concentration levels. Techniques taught by fully qualified teacher from a graded syllabus. Boys and girls of all abilities welcome.....BOXING LESSONS- (No experience necessary) The chance to actually learn the basics of boxing and apply them in simple training routines. Sessions taught by an ABA qualified coach......CARDIO COMBAT- Taking the moves and training drills from a range of martial arts and incorporating them into an aerobic style work out. Open to all abilities.......CIRCUIT TRAINING- No martial arts/ fighting experience necessary. Timed interval circuits designed to develop all factors of fitness including speed, strength, stamina, flexibility, core stability and agility......OPEN TRAINING- The chance to do your own thing, make use of the extensive range of training equipment, bag work, pad work, skipping, cardio work, grading practice and training drills. A qualified coach/instructor will be on hand to give advice.
