Malekko Heavy Industry Corporation began, believe it or not, with two people. Noted musician, Paul Barker and a homeless fella named Josh Holley. Josh had a "business" washing windshields on the corner of various streets in Austin and was earning upwards of 8.15 a day. One sunny afternoon Josh spotted a limo and thought he would make himself some dough, armed with last weeks newspapers and a bucket of dirty water Josh sprinted toward the cotton candy pink limo stuck at the light. Paul shrieked from inside and grabbed the closest thing to club poor Josh with...not the plate of blow...not the courvoisier...not his collection of gold grilz. WHAM! It sounded like a fat dude on a slip-n-slide. The next thing Josh remembers is laying on the hot asphalt watching Paul yell at him saying "your head broke my pedal" "how are you gonna pay me for a new pedal?" All Josh could focus on is how could Paul be wearing such a giant fur coat on such a hot Texas afternoon...Paul scooped Josh into his trunk, brought him to a warehouse and forced him to recreate the very pedal Paul had previously bludgeoned him with...the Maestro Brassmaster...two years later, he accomplished it, resulting in the B:ASSMASTER, the best DAMN pedal out there! Paul was pleased, so pleased he made Josh a partner...all Josh has to do is buy the parts, paint the enclosures, drill the holes, assemble the parts, wire them up and he get's 1.7% of the sales....after he pays for the original Brassmaster's value
