Devaughn (Creeps) age 24 is the youngest of three children. Devaughn, herein referred to as Creeps may be the youngest member of his family, but that has not stopped him from developing a natural longing for his freedom and independence. At the age of 16 he moved out of his parents’ home and into his own apartment. Life was not easy; he did what he had to do to survive.
