I can honestly say that this is the happiest time of my life. That says a lot coming from someone who is always happy and has an almost permanent smile on his face... I love to laugh and to make other people laugh. I enjoy meeting new people and spending time with those I love. I am very outgoing and down to earth. I am extremely loyal and would do anything to help someone I am close with.
I have had some amazing experiences and met a lot of wonderful people in my short time on this earth. One thing that I have come to realize is that life is very short…It is too short and passes you by before you know it. Each and every day you plan what you are going to do the next day, the following weekend, you save and plan for your next vacation and your retirement and the next thing you know years have gone by and you haven’t even begun to live your life. To quote John Lennon, “life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plansâ€, it can’t be stated any better than that.
Looking back over my life I have made many mistakes, bad choices, etc… but I have learned from them all… I can honestly say there is nothing I have done that I regret doing. For better or worse, they made me who I am today. Just when I think I am at the absolute worst point in my life, something positive happens and I start to turn the corner. Once I am around it, I pick myself up, dust off and realize what I learned from the experience and how I have grown stronger because of it. I guess that is why I am an eternal optimist???
The only things in my life I can say that I truly regret are the things that I didn’t do, but should have. I’ve missed out on many opportunities and experiences due to fear of the unknown, pride, and various other reasons. Over the years I have learned to recognize these choices as mistakes and I have changed this behavior going forward. I don’t want to look back over my life and say to myself, “I should have done this, or I wish I did that…†Those of you who know me well, know the changes I am already making for the future:-)
I love to play volleyball, listen to music, workout and play the guitar… I love jeans and t-shirts with holes in them. The more distressed the better… I wear a suit to work every day people, I need to rebel when I’m not there;-) I love to cuddle and spend quiet times with someone special. I am essentially a very affectionate person who is looking for a cuddle bunny... Any takers?? Hehe…
