About Me
I'm a Latina born and raised in sunny Southern California. I'm ambitious, goal-oritented, sarcastic, funny, intelligent, loyal, honest, and easy going. My friends and family mean the world to me. I give 100% of myself all the time.
I love music. My favorite band is Depeche Mode. A few of my other favorite artists are The Cure, The Smiths, Duran Duran, Erasure, Rilo Kiley, Interpol, Heavenly, The Sounds, Maná, Sin Bandera, AFI, and various other genres. I'm a huge fan of the 80's, both music, obviously, and culture.
I love going to concerts. I also love dancing, sports, tailgates, laughing, reading, coffee, and Disneyland. I'm a UCLA graduate, go Bruins!
I'm currently pursuing my teaching credential and MA in elementary education. I am completing my first seminar in student teaching in a Kindegarten class of 28! Yes, 28 . It's exhausting! I plan on getting my second credential so I can eventually teach high school English.
I appreciate intellectual conversations, culture, and eclectic taste. I want to travel. Someday I will.
Honesty and communication are key. I'm looking for a passionate, intelligent, open-minded, goal-oriented man who has something to bring to the table. Preferably not a Trojan fan. LOL just kidding. =D
