About Me

I'm only here because I've gotten sick of using unreliable public-domain accounts. I am not here to blog (though that ain't stoppin' me); I've only created this account to look at what I'm unable to view as a non-user.
I'm not entirely averse to the social aspect though.
a little about myself:
A significant part of my personality is an odd mixture of mirthful silliness, acerbic cynicism, and constraint. I think this expresses itself somewhat in my "writing" (that is, what I type here): a certain formality mixed with a sort of scatterbrained and slightly frenzied playfulness. I don't know.
I'm a Japanese/Italian mix, and due most likely to the former party's genetic influence, I'm pretty short, though thankfully well clear of the realms of midgetry.
i am also..
- lassitude incarnate
- terribly self-conscious
- gleefully depraved
- "a bit" creepy on multiple levels
- devoted/obsessive
- irritable, academically belligerent
- a little verbose
- anxious yet phlegmatic
- fairly misanthropic in real life
- immensely distrustful
- very kind and compassionate towards animals
- hopelessly addicted to diet coke
- going to end up with stomach/esophageal cancer due to said addiction
- an overuser of D:, :0, and :<
- possessed of a remarkably stupid sense of humor
- quite e-friendly
I'm seriously not as stuffy and pretentious as I may sound.
I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

I'd like to meet:

People I can relate to... or people who create good music. I like to meet people I can learn from as well.

I'll add you only if
1. I think I can get along with you (i.e., similar interests) -please be at least reasonably literate-
2. I like your music. If I'm unfamiliar with it, add me anyway, I'll check you out, and add you accordingly. :)
i have all but stopped checking before adding.
I'd love to hear new music, so if you think I'd like your project, email me!

** I think it may be important to note in light of some of your messages that I am not a Nazi in any way, shape, or form, and while I may have a fervent fascination with them, their symbolism, and their historical iniquities (and possess as well as my own prejudices), I do not necessarily condone nor promote such acts or ideology.
I do not associate myself with any sort of racial supremacy group. How could I, being what I am?
HOWEVER, I am an extremely tolerant person and I have no qualms about affiliating myself with possibly biased PEOPLE so long as they aren't overtly idiotic or obtrusive with their beliefs. "Idiotic" and "obtrusive" are, quite obviously, highly subjective and I will accept or deny, interact or ignore as I see fit. **

Music:

Mostly industrial, PE, EBM, and dark ambient (far too many bands to list), with the occasional touch of fun nonsense (the Sugarcubes, Ghostigital..). Pretty stuff (Camerata Mediolanense, Dark Sanctuary) is good too.

My three favourite bands are Haus Arafna, Luftwaffe, and Algebra Suicide.

Movies:

(in alphabetical order by director, after that, by order of preference)
Dario Argento: SUSPIRIA
Dario Argento: OPERA
Nacho Cerda: AFTERMATH
Georges Franju: EYES WITHOUT A FACE
William Friedkin: THE EXORCIST
David Lynch: ERASERHEAD
Takashi Miike: AUDITION
Takashi Miike: ICHI THE KILLER
Chanwook Park: OLDBOY

the gorier the better, if a story is lacking.

Television:

I don't watch a lot of TV, but I do like documentaries and game shows. How stodgy. :)

Books:

(no order)
Vladimir Nabokov : Lolita
William Golding : Lord of the Flies
Arthur Miller: The Crucible
Fyodor Dostoyevsky: Crime & Punishment
William Peter Blatty: The Exorcist
Vincent Bugliosi: Helter Skelter
anything by Bill Bryson
...it's hard to pick, I like a lot of books.. especially those relating to horror, crime, biology, or linguistics

Heroes:

FLORIAN SCHNEIDER (and the Orkin man)

My Blog

I like diet coke a little too much

I'm horribly bored, as is usual these days, and I happened to be drinking a diet coke.. as usual... and so I decided to do a number of calculations relating to my diet coke consumption. There must be ...

I HATE this town.

Many of you are aware that I live in a small, overwhelmingly Jewish suburb. The median family income here is around just about $100,000. Much of the town seems to revolve around the SAT and ACT and wh...
