Stay Puff - can we have some gigs please?

I liked you better when you believed in me...

About Me

Stay Puff is Blue, Daniel, Gary and Matt (all four previous members of The Holiday Plan). From the first rehearsals in May 2006, the only intention was to write songs that were fun to play, had good tunes, and to generally have a good time. We smoked a lot, drank a lot, ate probably too much KFC, and developed a groove we never had before. The term Rythmatic Rock was coined and Stay Puff was born.
Since then we have played alongside bands like Hadouken! New Young Pony Club and Good Shoes on the groundbreaking online festival SecondFest, as well as a hand full of packed out headline shows.
We recorded the first two tracks up here in Matt's kitchen, and the second two, more rubbish recordings were done by Matt in his bedroom.
With a UK tour planned for November with old friends, and one of the UK's best rock bands My Awesome Compilation, an E.P in the pipeline, and plans to be the first band to rock the Moon, its all looking pretty exciting, eh?!
Anyway, we're Stay Puff, nice to meet you!

'Slacker pop with shades of Sebadoh, Dinosaur Jr , Pavement and Nirvana. Pretty neat…melodic lines and an effortless punked out grunge rocknroll is born.'

or

'Stay Puff got together in London just this year, and somehow already sound like stadium punks. Their songs are mosh-pit anthems, with chant-along vocals, jagging guitars and bouncing rhythms.'
