About Me

I have now been living in Melbourne for over 5 years but was born in South Africa and grew up in NZ. I'm a kiwi damn it, even if I've started saying 'seex' for the number between 5 and 7. Don't mention the watery swimming things either you bastards. Have you heard of Steiner schools? no? Find out about 'em, now. I'm studying anthroposophy and Steiner education, which means I could technically become a Steiner teacher...that remains to be seen, but I frikkin love it and believe the world could really use a bunch of it about now. I'm trying to be a better person, and I like people who are also attempting this. I aim to leave this world a slightly better place than when I arrived, in some small way...kinda hard the way things are going at the mo. And I guess it comes down to opinion also. Still, worth a try, eh?

Goodbye freedom of speech

I came across this on the page of a friend, and felt sick with rage. So very, very wrong. Spread the word. Bear in mind that basically everything that happens in the States eventually filters down to ...

A bit more interesting; history of nearly everything

First, I must apologise for the depressing nature of my last couple of blogs. It seems I only really get the urge to spout crap when I'm at low ebb. I'm a mood-swingy kinda girl. I feel poo at the mom...

Well, who'd have ever thunk it, but little ol' me is actually on teaching rounds. Ahh, the irony. I've never had an inclination to become a teacher. However, I do remember screaming at the sky one par...
