i dont per say have a specific hero. but i know what makes a hero. someone who is brave enough to face difficulties and still come through on top. a lot of the people i worked for at helpathome our heroes simply for surviving and wanting to live. my friend, jess is a hero because she fights disdain where ever she is because of her sexual preference. i used to think to be a hero you had to be known in the papers or television or something. i was wrong. my sons teachers are heroes. they help create the kind of person my son is going to be. every one can be a hero. even without trying. so go out and volunteer. join the scouts or make a new elderly friend. share your heart and become someone's hero.
