Name of Band or Performing Name Website Address/Myspace Page Where To Buy Your Album or Songs Song Title You Submitted Where To Get Album Artwork.If you don't put all of these in the email you are shorting yourself out of better promotion towards yourself as a musician.
When attaching your audio files for submission they must have song titles on the filenames! And in addition to that make sure the IDv2 and IDv3 tags are in order. If you do not know how to do this then don't worry about it, but it would be nice to have them already done.
