Searching for a job in Champaign, Illinois...

About Me

I have a fantastic job right now in Buffalo. Most importantly: I NEED A JOB in Champaign, Ill.The main purpose of this page is my getting a job. I'm doing everything I can think of to accomplish that.I'm a guy who believes in going the extra mile when it comes to work. Currently, I reside in Buffalo New York, where for the last three years I've have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Autistic adolescents in a residential setting. The job is amazing and very challenging, as all of our boys have the rare classification of 'dual diagnosis' and there are more than our fair share of hectic moments. That being said, the job has changed my life. It has been the most rewarding job I have ever held, and although I know there are no places exactly like it, it would be a great pleasure to find something hopefully similar. If you could help me with information that may assist me in this desire, do contact me. I would prefer to work with individuals no more than 50 years of age, as that has been my experience. All of the regulatory commissions and oversight agencies that dictate what, where and how for care of these particular individuals is practically exclusive to New York. A residence like the one in which I work is simply not duplicated anywhere. My ultimate dream would be to get a house like it or simlilar in the Champaign area. So I am sure there are individuals who desire some help with Autistic loved ones. I am here for you. I am one of the best people you can possibly find to show love, support and guidance. You will be quite pleased and so will I to once again play a vital role in the development of and/or increasing the life quality of such special people. Finally, there seems to be an upswing in the mass media regarding Autism. I don't know what took so long. The most rercent statistics say that approximately one in 158 newborns are Autistic. One in 5000 was alarming enough for me. Now we have a shocking and very pervasive condition on our hands that even most in the scientific community are just beginning to understand.Everybody can't just pack up and leave for help in New York. If I can help you in any way, let me know. If you can help me in any way, let me know. Please feel free to comment or message me. Thank you. Cedric Richardson.. Myspace Layout Generator-Layoutgen.com

My Interests

I'm into electronics and astronomy. I like to write. I enjoy car and truck shows. Other than that, I can be found with my head in a book or magazine. I like riding my bike whenever its warm enough.

I'd like to meet:

People who can help me to achieve my goals. Even though I know that I may never have another job like this one, I have to try. The most important thing, of course, is that I get a reasonable position that will allow me to support my wife and family well. I would appreciate tips and suggestions on where to look in order to do just that. On April the 11th, I will be in town for a few days to register at various temp agencies and such. I am already looking through the classifieds online and keeping an eye on positions available at the college.I'm moving to Champaign Illinois in July of this year.

Books:

I enjoy keeping up with any research articles on human behavior and the developmentally disabled, esp. autism. It is enlightening, and also allows me to provide the best possible care for the individuals I assist.
