My interests vary in color and scope even more drastically than my hairstyles. Throw a dart, and you'll probably hit something that interests me -- unless it's a dart board. I suck at darts. And foosball. I like ping-pong, though, and reading, writing, Magic Johnson, dictionaries, crossword puzzles, the alligators at Greenfield Lake, swimming in the ocean, basketball, football, soccer, mixed martial arts, singing in the shower, baking, people watching (especially at City Limits Saloon), buying hair product, going to rock shows, passing out drunk on the bathroom floor, grape Powerade (it's "liquid fuel designed to feed your maverick spirit!") and Scrabble. My newfound loves include fighting crime with the Neighborhood Watch, riding motorcycles, talking about motorcycles, church recipe books, "training" with Sensei (sp? I'm too lazy to look it up! And also too lazy, lately, to actually "train."), shopping for fabulous shoes with fabulous ladies (you know who you are!), whale watching, dance-offs, ROLLER DERBY!!
Anyone who is, above all, honest, and anyone who can make me laugh. Anyone who dares to actually live. Anyone willing to teach a monkey kung-fu and then kick the monkey's ass. Anyone who will talk about football or shoes or motorcycles with me. Anyone brave enough to fight me or wiley enough to beat me at Scrabble. Anyone who thinks the Candy-Ass Pansy Bitches were the best band EVER. Anyone who has met Magic Johnson. Anyone who makes me feel like a kid again. Anyone who realizes that that "brave enough to fight me" bit was a joke.
Kick-ass shows lately: Rev. Horton Heat, Reason to Ignite, Thunderlip, Social D., Kill Whitney Dead, Jeremy Enigk, the Needles, the Ivy League, Agnostic Front, White Tiger & Bed of Roses, Brown Co., Aloha, mewithoutYou, Sparta, Kerbloki, the Nekromantix, Sourvein, All Tore Up
I don't watch many movies, but this spider one is HILARIOUS! .. width="425" height="350" ..
NFL football. The Fox pre-game show rocks my virgin ass. TB KILLS me!
My favorite authors are Madeleine L'Engle, David Sedaris, and Nick Hornby.
I respect and admire anyone who isn't afraid to defy conventions and who is happy being himself.
