I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Currently I have been spending alot of time working on projects to put in a 3D modeling/Illustration portfolio. Between work and school I stay busy but I always make time for the important people in my life. I am pretty goal oriented and driven by success but I think the most important thing in life is to live it. I get alot of inspiration from my environment and the people around me. I try to be open to anyone who comes across my path because there is an endless amount of experiences in the world and I value my friends for the additions they have made to my life. I hate the feeling of a wasted day. I read a really good book once that stressed the importance of living in the present moment and letting go of the trivial shit and that’s the philosophy I tend to go by.

My Interests

theater, concerts, movies, arcades, drawing, 3D modeling, flash animation, snowboarding, swimming, hiking, camping, animals, friends, cool bars, traveling, trying new things.

I'd like to meet:

I just want to stay in contact with people I already know. I guess I met like, 1 good friend from myspace but as far as meeting people I figure it is more risky doing it in real life and I like to live on the edge.

Music:

rock, raggae, alternative, ska, folk, and r&b mostly. I like music that I can chill out to or that has a good feeling. I have been getting away from the overproduced, highly marketed artists that never really come up with anything new to say.

Movies:

Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Narnia, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, Monsters Inc, Big Fish, Forrest Gump, Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction, White Oleander, Waiting to Exhale, The Matrix, Pirates of the Carribbean, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (with Johnny Depp), Rent, Napoleon Dynamite, Chicago.

Television:

Family Guy, American Dad, Futurama, That 70's Show, King of Queens, Sex & The City, Friends, I Shouldn't Be Alive, Survivor Man, Crime Scene Investigation, City Confidential, The Discovery Channel, The News.

Books:

A Brave New World by Aldus Huxley, The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, The Streets of Laredo by Larry McMurtry. I wish I had more time to read novels but textbooks and manuals have been the norm.
