Band Members: Ready Five consists of the following:Steiner - Conquering the city of San Francisco's music scene has been a long established goal of Dan's and since helping to found Ready Five, Dan sees the realization of this goal as a true possibility.Roper - is bringing the heat on the Bass and holding it down! From the very first song we played with Paul in his audition, it felt like we had stumbled into something very solid and full of possibilities.Romanski - also known as a lunatic to his closest friends, has come on board and turned the heat up behind the drum set. The heat has gotten so hot that he cut off all his hair and is presently going for the gold medal in dream catching.We are very excited to have finally put the pieces of our foundation together for Ready Five. There is the possibility that we will continue to add other friends into the mix, including the possibility for some horns, harmonica, and maybe even keys, all of which will continue to define Ready Five as a band that will defy traditional genres and avoid being pigeon holed as this or that kind of band. We will push the boundaries as far as we can go at every show keeping our live shows experimental in the great tradition of San Francisco music. We are looking forward to making some excellent music together for all of those who like good times and great music.Keep coming back to check out any new tunes we put up on our Myspace. We are planning on doing some traditional recording in about a month or so and will update our page with the latest versions of some of our songs and mix it up as much as we can to give you a sense of variety rather than leaving the same songs up for too long.
