About Me

Writer of poetry, prose, essay, and novel... waiting for the perfect publisher.I love music... all forms. I love art... all forms. I love traveling, and removing myself from the "norm".I love my family and friends, I love God, I love animals, and NO I am not a hippie (not that there's anything wrong with hippies, I just prefer to hug people rather than trees).I have aspirations in the medicinal field, and I am completely turned on by science... in any form. I was licensed in a couple vetrinary fields, but am now hoping to make the transition into human medicine.Oh yeah... and I rock!

My Interests

I am interested in lots of things. Anything scientific, from neuro chemistry to astronomy I am interested in learning from the people I meet, and those I've already come to care about. I am interested in evolving and becoming a stronger and more focused individual. I am interested in making the world a better place. I am interested in art, and inspiration, and theology. I am interested in life... all of its forms... and death... the entire process fascinates me....

I'd like to meet:

I am up for meeting just about anyone. I am open to the opinions of others, but keep your judgements to yourself, please...and I'd like to meet Batman as well.

Music:

I like to support the local musicians around here. Creepshow 1977, not only are you my boys, but your music rocks and you know it. Russet Burbank, Phantom Itch, Die E.M.O., Nothing Left, The Punk Rods...I support all of you.As far as the rest of the music scene goes... I like a little of everything. I like punk, metal, old school rock, a little country... I love the blues, jazz is cool, I love old school hip hop.I like a lot of music.

Movies:

I'm not a huge sci-fi fan... other than that, I'm a movie freak. I love horror flicks, historical epics, suspense, comedy... I had like 200 movies listed in here, and I think this time I'm just going to say "I like movies"... especially those directed by David Lynch, Stanely Kubrick, Quentin Tarentino, Martin Scorsese, Darren Aronofsky, George Romero, Robert Rodriguez...I like documentaries, too. There's a big nerd that lives in here lol

Television:

These days I'm just a channel surfer really... I like the discovery channel a lot... the history channel... the travel channel... and some comedy central never hurt anyone.

Books:

The Prophet; Kahlil Gibran... The Lovely Bones; Alice Sebold... She's Come Undone; Wally Lamb... Bag of Bones; Stephen King... The Rum Diary; Hunter S Thompson... The God Project, and Shadows; John Saul... My Best Friends Suicide; Me... drawing a blank, but read frequently...

Heroes:

God, my father, my paternal grandfather, Kahlil Gibran, Edar Allen Poe, my 8th grade science teacher for the being the first person to NEVER give up on me, Bill Clinton (cause if I was the president I'd be gettin head too...), and Batman... cause he rocks.

Last night I drown myself in a bowl of morphine soup... the brownies and the funny colored dragon helped... At least there were no voices... not the kind that lead to heavy duty tarp and digging hole...
