About Me

Nineteenth century material culture, especially American Civil War military material culture, is something I've always been incredibly interested in. Because of that I've taken to historical research, interpretation, and sewing. I love to cook outside of my day job (which is also cooking). When I see some fabrics that catch my eye or think I can use it for a project I will buy it and then find it sitting on my shelf a year later. Queso is my dreamboat, fillet mignon is my power animal. I moved to Kalamazoo about three years ago for several reasons that fell through immediately. Ever been to Kalamazoo? I didn't think so. Ever see that show Lost? Kalamazoo is a lot like that sometimes but with more Dharma hippies. If you see me among a large group of people at the Greentop or Harvey's I can typically be found on the outskirts and with varying styles of facial hair. I would like to travel more often, have a cigarette and wine at some cafe on the street in Paris, meet excellent people, do more historical research, study sociology, start hitting record swap-meets and antique shows again, and meet a girl who doesn't mind staying in to watch a movie.authentic-campaigner.com
I am, how do you say, Russian Guyovich!♥
