Well let's see, my name is Neill, I'm an average guy, living in the ABOVE averagely beatuful area of Lake Macquarie in the Lucky Country of Australia. (I mean think about it statistically, of all the places in the world you could be born -eg Africa, Middle East ect, anyone who is born in Australia is statistically EXTREEEEEEEEEEEMLY lucky !).
Currently I'm considering creating a movement to legislate for the mandatory lengthening of drinking straws sold with 600ml bottles of Coke ect. The current straws are never long enough and you inevitably end up loosing the thing in the bottle and then you can't get it out again!
I have a great sense of humour and I work as a consultant. My passions are: horse racing, psychology (I don't have any formal training, but I love to know what makes people tick); philosophy (don’t get me started, we could be here for hours).
I LOVE walking, will walk just about anywhere; bushwalking, walking trails, walking along the foreshore, and I always believe in being positive.
What I Love
To laugh (It's scientifically, psychologically, and most importantly practically, proven to make you feel better!); gourmet pizza with a nice bottle of red; being tidy and organised (my CD collection is categorised and alphabetised); the sound of pouring rain on a bitterly cold winter night when you're snuggled up warm in bed; cooking (love to do it, but not that good at it); Chinese take-away; being spontaneous (I once drove from Sydney to Goulburn just for something to do); Saturday mornings sitting in the warm sun with the paper and a REAL cappuccino. I have just started Latin Dance classes. I REALLY love it but not that good yet, though my attempts have greatly enhanced my ability to make people laugh!
What I Hate
I REALLY hate when people leave the toilet seat up (how un-hygienic); 600ml soft drink bottles (the straws are never long enough).
What I Believe
Always be positive, expect the best and believe in miracles.
What else is there to say... Well I love being positive and I believe in the Principles of The Secret. It is a philosophy that I try and live by every day. I like to think of the Great Teachers as my mentors.
I also love Tony Robbins and I've done his Get The Edge Program which also really helped to revolutionise my life.
I am a fairly success orientated person and I want to learn all that I can from truely inspiring people.
