I started reading Michael Connelly's The Brass Verdict, but I have only made it to the 2nd Chapter because of school and the kids. But I love any Nicholas Sparks books..........
My father, he came over from Mexico during the Tretty between US and Mexico. He was a "Bracero", he has worked hard his whole life, and still at 80yrs old he is still working full-time. He a person I look up to and hope my boys turn out to be like, very proud of his Mexican heritage, but has from the time he stepped foot in US soil been a wonderful resident of his "Adoptive Country". Always wanting more knowledge and never settling for second best. My father is always a Hero in my eyes.
