I like to do what I want and I despise things that hinder my actions. However, I do realize that there are necessary evils to be done in order to obtain gratification, no matter the span of it, be it instant or longstanding. After all isnt that the reason many of us do the things we do? For that brief breath of satisfaction? You may work 40 years of your life just to save up enough to be able to never work again for the rest of your life. Even though there is no guarantee how long that may be before you take the 'rest' of your life. Be it a year or 20, chances are you will work long and hard for those few glorious years of doing whatever you want. But you'll be old, gray and a shell of the character you used to be. You'll blow it all if wisdom doesnt pay you a visit sometime before then. If fate rears its awful head you will struggle to survive, living much longer than expected. Someone will be bound to be alone and depressed. I dont know the future so I'm all about cashing in now on satisfaction, just in case I wont be able to in the future. At least I will know the feeling it gives. To end I live by, Hope for the best but expect the worst.
