My life has been interwoven with design and aesthetics for as long as I can remember. I have always gravitated towards beautifying and helping people and their environments. So it came as no surprise that my business evolved from those two fundamentals in my core self. Consequently, I am allowing myself the room to perform in several capacities. Such as wardrobe consultant or interior designer, clothing designer, landscape and exterior advisor, faux finisher and fine artist. Although these are all components of the whole of what I do, I believe that the key factors in good design in any related industry is essentially the same. Those being what I see as the three basic components of design. Solid and beautiful structure and form or silhouette and practicality of it's function. Quality of fabric in materials used and the texture, color, and workmanship of those materials. And last but not least individuality and nuance of originality of artistic expression. All of these should have a seamless flow. Whether it be wardrobe, or home, the classic elements of beauty remain the same. We are drawn to and are inspired by beauty, and I believe it is an important element of our lives.
