Sleepy Night Records is an independent record label. It was started in late 2006.
We are currently working on a lot of music projects, these include rare live performances never before heard or released of jazz trumpet great Maynard Ferguson, "The Lost Tapes" this will be part of a trilogy, the first volume out now in all good record shops in the UK also on line! Some of the tracks are: Watermellon Man, L-Dopa, Eleanor Rigby, and "Dont Let the Sun Go Down on me original 4 track demo and more!!

Maynard is on top form and everyone will be amazed at these recordings which until a few months ago were in a trunk at Ernie Garsides house! Massive amounts of material never heard, live, studio demos etc, that Ernie recorded back in the late 1960s early 1970s. Our first DVD is now available also "The World of Maynard Ferguson" a classic performance from the end of the 1960s a sort of Austin Powers meets Maynard Ferguson! also included on the DVD are great extras, log on to our web site for more info and clips.Its not just jazz we are involved with, we also are working with a new solo artists Sean G who is recording his first CD at our studios and at Park Lane in Glasgow, first single to be released in all stores in the UK, July 2008.

Also we are working with a Rock/Pop group, "Soundview Avenue" www.soundviewavenue.com a great Rock/Pop band who are about to record their first album which will be brought out before their 4 month tour of the world!
