It's true. I am legally forced to "cease and desist using the mark "RETINA" immediately". This includes deleting all websites related to "Retina". This is because someone legally registered the name "Retina" as a trademark.

MY MUSIC WILL STILL BE ON MYSPACE UNDER THE BAND NAME "GOODNIGHT BLUE SKY".

In light of that, I would love it if you would still be my myspace friend. I enjoy having you as my myspace friend (even if we don't talk as much as i'd like), and would be honored to have you as a friend again.

If you'd like to, it would be of great help if you could post a bulletin telling your friends to check out my new page. I had to start all over from scratch, and this would be a huge help! :-)
