GOOD NEWS! I have signed with MINT RECORDS . They will release my first solo record, Flamingo on September 9th!
The above-mentioned Tropical Depression EP was recorded by my dear friend Ian Wyatt last summer. We'll get down to work mixing once we're not too busy.
I play live every now and then, so stay tuned. My show list is constantly updated. Email kellarissa @ gmail.com for additional info. "Kellarissa" is Finnish for "in the basement." I write/sing songs in Finnish as well.
I recently parted ways with The Choir Practice to focus on Kellarissa and be even more reclusive. I was also a longtime & founding member of the indiepopdarling band p:ano . They are now called No Kids .
Sometimes I sing backup for my friend Rose Melberg , and sometimes I make noises with Her Jazz Noise Collective .
My partner Josh runs a tape/CD/record label called Run Down Sun . He is Sick Buildings .
