is the name i gave to my personal music project.I wish to find some guys around to jam and play together, cause, doing everything by myself at the same time....you know...that's hard to do.
Kid, I was first amazed by drums, while listening to John Bonham , or other great drummers.I always wish to have one, but never dare to ask it.So i use my legs and do some "air drummin" turning off the light.I also love guitar and use a tenis "raquette" while listening Angus Young or others.
Later, I've been to music school for one year, expecting to learn drum.Unfortunately, the class was full of very young kids, and instead, my parents advise was to join a "Djembe" class, with Mr Nicolas MOUCAZAMBO.I enjoy it, but i still want to play drum!About reading music, i was the oldest in this class, and never really been good to read music.But i didn't really care about it.
After a car accident, my mother ask me what i would like to have for chrismass, and i immediately ask for a guitar.I could be paralyze, but i was lucky.Doctors fix me back good!
One of my friend teach me little basic stuff on a guitar, and then i practice, playing on CDs.I discover Heavy Metal and Trash with Sepultura and other (look at my influences in my blog here), and really enjoy to learn rythm stuff with that.I play , jam with many youngs and older guys(Rock / Metal / Maloya / Funk / Soul / Folk / Acoustic / Blues ...).And that will stay in my memory as great moments.
I never consider before to make music and to wish to make people enjoying it,and whynot, success in it.But i asked myself...what could i do in the life i can really enjoy...for sure, it's music.
I'm currently having the big chance to play drum every week in a music shop, in Taipei, were i can at last play drum.I refuse teachers, i want to learn everything by myself.It's a longer way to learn, but music is not for me, something that you can only learn in a school....You must feel it...It's something special.
