About Me

Hello friends, We were Parades End: Orlando Sanchez, Leonardo Salas, Matt Howze, and Jae Hansel. We formed in the mid 1990's with a vision to play soulful music with an alternative message. Some people refered to us as Post-Hardcore, and some simply called us Emo or PC. The truth is we didn't give a fuck, and we played with almost any band anytime. We played with Lifetime, Nuzzle, Refused, Submission Hold, Huisipungo,Jejune, Resist and Exist, Pee Chee's, Eleven-Thirty Four, Treadwell, Man is the Bastard, Julia, Man Lifting Banner, Life's Hault and the list goes on and on. We appeared on various compilations including a benefit for Mumia Abu Jamal and other political prisoners. In the spirit of the Zapatistas, Parades End was an anti-authoritarian band. Our current projects: Jae sings in The Twilight Transmission, Leonardo and Orlando play in the FM Bats, and Matt plays in Dance Disaster Movement...The struggle continues... width="425" height="350" .... width="425" height="350" ..TEXT
