Movies that make you think or leave the ending open for interpretation but most importantly any flick that actually makes me feel something besides "hey, I'm watching a movie".

and a few more channels but I don't have favorite shows that I watch religiously. TV is more of a background noise for me most of the time. I pick one station for while I work on some personal projects, then take a break and change the channel.

Principles of Physical Cosmology, A Wrinkle in Time, all kinds of scientific facts, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Way of the Wizard, Celestine Prophecies, any book I can learn useful info like horticulture or construction or any book by a personal friend.
