I dance for completely selfish reasons... it keeps me sane. In that spirit, I continuously create new choreography, working with arts organizations such as iDRUM, Props & UrbanNoise.

PAGEANT/EVENT PRODUCER
Which little girl doesn't dream of being a supermodel?? While that wasn't my destiny, I stumbled upon pageantry along the way.
I had some great times. At 17, I won the title of Miss Jamaica Canada. In 2001, I would compete in the Miss Black World Canada and capture that title as well. I later competed in the Miss Universe Canada, where I was ranked first from the Toronto & Central Ontario Region, and among the Top 15 in Canada. My greatest accomplishment in this arena was being the first woman of Caribbean heritage to represent Canada in an international pageant at the 2005 Miss Asia Pacific International competition in Guangzhou, China. Imagine the look on everyone's face when "Miss Canada" was not blonde-haired and blue-eyed?!? I would not change that experience for the world.
All good things, however, must come to an end. Now I work with various pageant organizations in the capacity of production & coaching. Of them all, my favourite project to produce is the Mr. Caribbean International competition (www.mrcaribbeaninternational.com)
