Volatile was formed by brothers Dennis and Dean Feldhausen in the Summer of 2004 in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania. In early August of 2004, they met John Limegrover, and arranged a date to jam. They knew soon after that this was the frontman they've been searching for. Just two months later in October of 2004 they met Pugsly, the long-haired hellraising bassist from Plum, PA. They had now reached a full line-up and were ready to terrorize what was left of the Pittsburgh metal scene. They wrote numberous bone-crushing songs, and did a few shows here and there, but there was something missing. The band didn't seem to be going anywhere. So in late Winter of 2004, Dennis, Dean, and John decided they would move to Phoenix, Arizona for a change of scenery, and hopefully a change of luck. Not long after moving to the Valley of the Sun they met Kevin Jones, a real down-to-earth kind of guy. They first asked him if he wanted to play bass for the band, but after the first 2 minutes of hearing him play guitar, they knew he would be playing second leads for the band. With Kevin joining the rranks, it wasn't long till they met Xavier our kick ass bassist, and got his ass involved! A ton of killer shows rocked the Phoenix metal scene. Volatile has played with many great bands local and afar. Then Volatile decided to take a new direction. Kevin replaced John on vocals. Since then, Volatile has written even heavier, even faster, even more brutal songs(and drank even more beer) than ever before that the general public might want to hide their wife and children from(and their beer). And now that volatile has reached a once again full line-up of metal monstrosities, WE NEED TO DO SOME FUCKING SHOWS!!!
