ShadowConvention.net is the brain child of Vintz and Rainy . Founded May 20, 2005 it has been an ever evolving project of our members to unite the Phoenix, Arizona underground. Our members include goths, punks, weres, Pagans, gamers, club owners, show promoters, underground musicians and countless other uncategorized individuals. The website provides a detailed forum, web based chatroom, a calendar of events, photo albums, free downloads, and other amenities. Members also receive a newsletter of current changes and upcoming events. Registration is free and quick and open to anyone 18+.
SC gathers on the first Wednesday of the month at a local Denny's to catch-up over coffee. Details about this can be found on the site. There are no member fees and individuals are only responsible for their own expenses. Outside of the "official" convention, members often congregate at "unofficial" events such as to attend local clubs, movie viewings, desert parties, etc. All events are optional and members are encouraged to bring friends.
