......................... I'm a full-time student @ SUNY New Paltz… majoring in elementary education with a concentration in art history and a strong background in mathematics. I plan to get my masters in education administration and a 2nd degree in nutrition. I can't wait to take advantage of my summers off to learn more about the things I love… cooking, organic gardening, holistic medicine, nutrition and music. After teaching for several years I would love to become a nutritionist and/or run my own catering company.
