The rap world as you know it is about to be turned on its head. Toss out all of your preconceived notions about what a male rapper is, because ICEBURGG is about to shake the game up. At first I just wanted to be one of the male rappers that was on top, but I don't want that anymore. That's wack I want my skills to measure against all rappers, so to be placed only among THE SOUTH is limiting. I would feel like that would be cheating' myself. I want to one day be labeled with the Jada’s, Nas', Pun’s, Pac’s, Big’s and Em’s. and KIM" Growing up in the William Binn projectz a section of the ALBANY! My upbringing was rough. Dealing with the consequences of drug addiction in my family took a toll on the young KID. I was forced to assume a great deal of responsibility at a very early age, and was exposed to the worst things one can find in the projects. Going to school getting good grades, but a bright mind and a knack for reading and writing was my saving grace from the troubling realities of “hood life.” That's the thing about me is that you can't knock my focus, because I’m too driven to succeed. And you can't stomp my pride, because I’m too confident to feel down and other than that, Shit I'm just doing ME, and I been trying too LONG for shit not to work OUT! I grew up with the world on my shoulders! Living in MISERY/HELL! But ain't no need for me to go "on and on" and telling you shit bout me, just LISTEN to my muzik! Thatz my whole life, I live through my muzik! And oh yea ALBANY, GA stand the fuck up!!!!!!!!!! I got cha!
