Hey I'm Joanna, a music promoter from London. I've just finished my second year studying a joint degree in Music Management & Events Management.Before going to University, I spent two years working for Virgin Records then went on to work for an artist management company where I worked alongside various members of the So Solid Crew. I then went onto work for a corporate events company but spent weekends and holidays travelling around the UK booking gigs for bands at radio roadshows and music events, working on my own projects. In 2006 / 2007 I had a work placement at Universal Music in their International Marketing department, and I also joined the XFM Radio Street Team, promoting the radio station at gigs and festivals in and around London.I'm currently presenting a monthly music showcase called POP-ROCKTIC which now takes place at London's Soho Revue Bar, and the awesome DeBees Music Bar in Winsford, Cheshire.
