| View Show | Create Your OwnI been doin' this here fo a minute man! About 11-12 years to be exact. I used to rap on the street corners in Berkeley on Saturday nights wit then underground legends Del da Funky Homosapien, and them Souls of Mischief cats.. Through high school I decided to play hoop, but kept freestyling close. My freshmen year at Sac State in the dorms we hooked all up. My homie B-Hype started the whole movement though. I would just get loaded go down to his room and we would freestyle for hours! Me, Hype, Benner, Reazy, and a couple other people. Next I met Bo- Fitz through my ex-chick and he introduced us to Low and Next Level. In 96' when Mac Dre got out, his cousin Los brought him over to me and the cutties Rell and Dorri ( Frigid) spot. He would come through like everyday and holla at us. Soon he put his studio up in my homie Rell's house and used to record. He made a couple of songs off the Rompilation in that spot. He would hear me rappin while he was makin' beats and be like " u got a verse cuttie?" And I'd be like , "hell yeah!" So time moved along with us (The Lumpy Crew) right there in the vicinity of Dre. That was all the motivation I needed! I used to tell him all the time,"cuttie you don't know how big you are do you?" He knew it, and did his thang all the way till his last breath! When my brother died, he was the first person I saw before I smashed to Oakland. My brother's untimely death and Dre's death gave me a little more reason to do this shit! I had the priveledge to get on quite a few tracks with Dre. To me, they are all classics!
