About Me

Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor

MONSIEUR MAX finds pleasure mostly in playing piano and trying to play guitar and Cello. He doesn't like his computer but tries to be friend with it...Several of his pieces are featured on the electronica compilations The Future Sound of Montreal 1, 2 and 3. In June 2004, one of his pieces, «A Gigantic Spacecraft», even figured on top of Luxuriamusic.com’s top ten, an internet radio based in San Francisco. With his solo album, Oncle Bijoux, you will find the essence of his own style: imagination, colourful orchestrations, certainly groovy and humoristic, but above all, a cinematographic feeling. Oncle Bijoux was nominated for album of the year electro/techno at 2006 ADISQ. Gentil Phoque was also on the top ten list of the 2006 songs of the year, in LA PRESSE...................................................... ..............................................Monsieur Max is currently working really really hard on his second album...
