I'm ALL for trying anything once and enjoy meeting new people. I'm a Graduate of Syracuse University in NY (the last place I thought I'd end up).Im independent by nature or nurture. My mother said I used to get out of my stroller because I preferred walking on my own. But she also made me look up the answers to my own questions. So I stopped asking my parents for help. I don't like asking other people for help either, which admittedly isn't always a good thing. I have an amazing sense of direction. Im never really lost. And if I take a wrong turn somewhere, you best believe Im going to find my way. I have no earthly fears. I want to learn how to fly a plane. I like the color red because its such a passionate color. Im growing quite fond of yellow too. I used to loathe pink but in small amounts, I think it works. But I guess too much of anything isn't always the best. I want to renovate a really old house myself and live in it. I like the way light hits windows.I almost get in car accidents trying to see the stars while Im driving. I will text message people to tell them to take a look at the moon. My absolute favorite time of day is sunset. If I get married, I want it to be then. And when I die, I hope I die then too. You could say Im kind of obsessed with the heavens. I love weather patterns, especially storms. The sound rumble of thunder and the crack of lightning are some of my favorite sounds. I love tornadoes and hurricanes. Their sheer power is humbling. I LOVE RAIN. I like the smell of wood burning. I could watch a fire burn for hours. I love the look and sound of the ocean. I want to learn how to sail and buy a boat someday. I have a deep love for lakes, rivers, and streams. Ive never been fishing. I love the way upstate NY looks in the summer and fall. I love snow but hate the cold. I want to live where there are a lot of trees and a breeze. I want a Willow tree somewhere on my property, just so I can sit under it and dream. I love music of any genre but anything can get tiresome if overplayed. Variety is definitely the spice of life. String instruments can almost bring me to tears. I love to cook and bake. I hate planning ahead and refuse to carry a planner or agenda around. I know as an adult, this will surely become a problem. But Im a firm believer in living each day as it comes. You never know what's going to happen. Im a problem solver but Im terrible at math. I think my brain actually stops working when I see numbers. However, I can add, subtract, multiply, and divide really fast in my head. If Im in the middle of a good book I rarely get sleep. I love photography and film. I wish I could direct something or write a script. If I ever make a lot of money I will construct a darkroom and take film classes. I write sappy, Dawson's Creek like fiction in my spare time. The English language is something I want to study. I wish I had a stronger vocabulary. Ive never been really good at crossword puzzles, boggle, or scrabble because of it, but Im working on it. I love the way words sound and how they can mean different things depending on the context. I dig context and taking things out of context. Your mom jokes never get old to me. I could be more intelligent. There's so much I want to learn. I want to become fluent in French and Spanish. I want to travel and see Africa and Asia, South and Central America, and Europe. But first, I want to tackle the United States and Canada. A cross-country drive is definitely in my future. I want to own an efficient car and a mountain bike. I want to learn how to surf and rock climb. I will own a dog before I have any children. A big dog. And I will write a song about him. I want to adopt at least one older child. I think kids are the neatest thing. I want to learn how to play guitar and piano so I can make songs of all these lyrics I have lying around. I love feeling sore. I like getting callouses on my hands. Construction and carpentry are some things Im interested in. I love the smell of soil and grass. I want to be buried in saw dust and decompose in the ground. I could be a vegetarian or a vegan and I support their lifestyle choices but I like the way meat tastes. But if you took meat away from me, I wouldn't die. I drink and smoke and do whatever because I want to. If you took those things away from me, I also wouldn't die. Religion is fascinating. I have an affinity for Judaism although I am a Christian. I don't have a problem with those words. I love people. I especially love watching them walk around minding to their lives. I think people need to lighten up. There are few people I hate, more I dislike, several I like, very few I love. But if and when I love you, I love you completely and always. I never fall out of love with anyone, romantically or otherwise. I feel like my heart has little rooms for everyone to occupy. There are some rooms rented but I definitely have some vacancies. "We'll see" is a great phrase. I have a lot of scars. I don't remember how I got all of them. I believe sexuality is fluid. I think consenting adults should be allowed to do whatever they please to each other. I love my family even though we don't always see eye to eye. Politics always seem to get in the way of living. But I have been known to watch C-SPAN. I like knives and swords. I'll probably end up collecting a few. Martial arts and boxing are cool. I like comic books. I want to learn how to shoot a gun and play golf. Im good at most sports that involve the use of a ball. I have a weird sense of humor. I get bored doing the same things too much. College is hard for me. Im not sure what I want to do with my life. I know I want to travel and help people. I want to get three tattoos and only three. Im kind of getting into astrology but I get really discouraged by what Ive read about my own sign. I like being by myself sometimes but I hate feeling lonely. I can act like a carpet from time to time just to keep people that are more sensitive than I am happy. I can be quick witted and dim witted. But I do a lot of things on purpose. I can be admittedly deceptive. Kissing is one of my favorite things to do that I don't do often enough. Girls are much more fun to kiss than guys. The naked human body is one of the most beautiful things on earth. I have some amazing friends. I find that my best friends are actually the ones that have hurt me the most (inevitably because they have gotten closer to me than anyone else has.) And finally, I love her.
