Tweety was barely 6 years old when he started to experiment with his first Fisher Price deck. He became an active dj in 1995, first at private parties and later on the radio. Two years later he was booked for the 'Got to be funky' parties at Silo (Louvain) and in 1998 for the first time he played in Anvers next to Kenny Hawkes! As from 2000 he became an indespinsible item behind the decks in Antwerp finest. Tweety is one of those dj's who likes to leave his turntables for a minute to go dancing togheter with his audience on the dancefloor. They all carry him in there heart and on their hands, and thanks to Tweety's deep and funky style, it are those same hands that are thrown in the air, every time he touches his records.

Already at the age of 7, d.jellow learned his first chords on the guitar. It didn’t take long before he played several songs and some blues-scales. A couple performances on a small scale where the result. The people loved it and admired the talent of such a young boy. After a few years he started his studies at the music academy, playing drums, and learned the theory of music… his path was chosen ! Now d.jellow performs as a professional musician in several projects and bands (such as Cookies & Cream). Playin’ at a lot of parties and festivals in Belgium and beyond.In 2001 d.jellow helped a DJ-friend in need at some parties behind the decks. Because of the knowledge and the right feeling, mixing wasn’t really a problem. One thing lead to another and now he plays in several bars and clubs in and around Antwerp, making his way up in the DJ scene. DJ Yann was born in 1985. He discovered the magic of music as a small boy. That time he was into HipHop and a lot of unknown music. A new world openend when he went to his first techno party 'Technoir'. Electronic music is the music he likes, the music he feels home with. When you see Yann deejaying at some gig you will hear funky techno, hard basses and floating melodies. He was inspired by artists like: Jeff Mills, Charles Siegling, Ben Sims, Dj Rush, Dave Clarke, Green Velvet/Cajmere, Alexander Kowalski, Vince Watson, DJ Deeon, DJ Funk, Umek etc. Maybe you saw DJ Yann last year at Laundry day or at some other gig. The fifth of May you have the privilege to see him live at Hong Kong – Electro City. By the way, remember folks: techno is the beat of life.

Stereofocus is an alter ego for an Antwerp based dj/producer. He's producing house and electro tracks at the moment and will share them soon at Hong Kong.

I fell in love with electronic music when I started to go out at the age of 15/16. Soon this music and these parties became sort of an addiction to me and I felt the need to play and create music myself. I installed my decks and mixer in november 2006 and started to collect records.. I'm still busy learnin and practisin a lot but I'm enjoyin it very much. It's a relief to have the music always so near and I wouldn't miss it for the world !Music is the remedy... There's no other thing that could describe my feelings more than these sneaky beats and pounding sounds ! Music is forever... What else is ?

From Antwerp city just 20 minutes by bike !!
Getting there by public transport from A-town, Borgerhout or South-Deurne
Take tram 24 towards Wommelgem/Borsbeek and get of at the Terminal.
Take bus 42. Towards Wommelgem and get of immediately at the first stop.
Walk past the Aldi-market and take the first left ( Fort II straat ).
Take a right at the Byblos café and then the first left.
Keep going straight until you see the party.
From A-town (highway)
Take the exit Wommelgem/Wijnegem and take a right at the junctions.
At the next lights, take a left (this should be the Herentalsebaan).
Go past the Aldi-market and take the first left ( Fort II straat ) .
Take a right at the Byblos café and then the first left.
Keep going straight until you see the party.
From Turnhout (highway)
Take the exit Wommelgem/Wijnegem and get on the roundabout.
Take a right at the lights.
At the next lights, take a left (this should be the Herentalsebaan).
