Myspace BackgroundsBorn and raised in the South Bronx, Hip-Hop surrounded her, but s!ren was attracted to different beats. She liked the deep "boum-boum" of drums, the high pitched rip of an electric guitar, and most of all, she loved the sound of ELECTRONICS. Synthesizers, keyboards, and various plugged instruments gave the music she enjoyed depth and layers.She continued to hone her skills by participating in high school and church choirs. While attending Brooklyn College, she was a featured soloist in Ma Nishma, BC's only a capella group. She continued to develop her musical talents when she attended The American Musical and Dramatic Academy by participating in musical and drama showcases.She has worked with Harlem based artist/producer H2, and is currently a featured soloist in the New York City based electronic music based trio, SevenMinusZero (myspace.com/sevenminuszero & www.sevenminuszero.com), and is currently working on her solo album, "S!RENITY"
